Conflict Mediation in the workplace promotes employee participation, self-responsibility and healthy regard for individual differences.

Conflict within and between organizations is a fact of life. Too much conflict can result in decreased productivity, chaos, and wounded relationships. Without it, too little conflict can lead to "group think," boredom, lack of creative solutions and low energy. Skillfully managed, conflict can be both stimulating and a source of increased creativity.

  • Provide skilled mediation when individuals or groups are not able to arrive at a resolution

  • Design the process to resolve conflict and facilitate the communication between the individuals or groups

  • While the mediator facilitates the negotiations and problem solving required to resolve the issues, the participants control much of the content of the discussions, as well as the final outcome
